Public Relations principals, Eneida Talleda and Phyllis Tucker, built up a combined 31 years’ experience as senior counselors at a top international consultancy firm prior to starting their own agency in 2012. The firm has quickly earned a reputation for delivering high quality, actionable strategic communications plans and programs for public and private sector clients.

Senior Partner

Eneida Talleda is a senior partner at T&T Public Relations where she creates and implements public relations and marketing communications programs on behalf of clients. She specializes in multicultural communications, social marketing, community outreach, strategic planning, advertising consulting and consumer marketing, with an emphasis in Hispanic communications.

Prior to establishing T&T Public Relations, Eneida was a vice president at H+K Strategies where she worked for 17 years in the corporate and marketing services group. Eneida led the Hispanic communications practice, developing strategies and programs to reach the Latino community and supporting myriad clients, such as the Chilean Avocado Importers Assocation, Tournament of Roses, Mazda and Keep America Beautiful. Eneida also managed numerous award-winning campaigns including PG&E’s CARE multicultural outreach campaign and the Latino 5 a Day nutrition campaign.

Eneida also managed several communications campaigns for the State of California, including social marketing campaigns for the Department of Public Health’s Healthy Families and BabyCal Prenatal Campaign, multicultural communications for the Bureau of Automotive Repair’s Smog Check program and the Public Utilities Commission’s LifeLine Telephone Program.

Eneida served on the board of the American Lung Association in California from 2010 to 2013, and continues to volunteer for the organization. She is bilingual in Spanish. She graduated from USC with a degree in journalism/public relations.

  Phyllis Tucker
Senior Partner

Phyllis Tucker is a senior partner at T&T Public Relations where she designs communication programs for diverse audiences on behalf of public and private sector clients. Phyllis specializes in strategic planning, project management, community relations, stakeholder/influencer outreach, small business and multicultural communications.

Prior to establishing T&T Public Relations, Phyllis was senior vice president at H+K Strategies where she worked for 14 years in the corporate services group. Phyllis specialized in internal communications supporting clients like Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Avery Dennison and Boeing and doing small business communications for Hewlett-Packard. She also managed award-winning campaigns for the state of California Department of Public Health, including the Public Health Emergency Preparedness public education campaign, and social marketing campaigns, such as Teen Pregnancy Prevention, “It’s Up to Me” and the California 5 a Day Campaign for better health.

Before joining H+K, Phyllis served as special assistant to the CEO for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), where she developed and led the internal communications division. While at Metro, she worked for a number of years in public affairs and community relations, providing communications support for various construction projects as well as bus and rail operations.

Phyllis also helped launched memorable groundbreaking programs such as the California Telehealth Network, and the California Emerging Technology Fund’s “Get Connected!” campaign.

Phyllis is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, Los Angeles Chapter and previously served on its board of directors. She’s a graduate of Western Michigan University and received her master’s degree in public administration from USC.
