Project: National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, Inc. (NACME)

Challenge: Raise visibility of Diversity & Inclusion efforts at HP and position NACME as the go-to source for STEM policy and awareness for underrepresented minorities.

Strategic Approach: Design a STEM leadership forum, co-hosted by HP and NACME, featuring business, education and government thought leaders.

Tactical Elements:
  • Developed program abstract and creative brief
  • Developed marketing materials (invitations, signage, etc.)
  • Created event materials (speaker remarks, presentations, evaluation forms, guest packet)
  • Coordinated panel and moderator participation
  • Managed overall event elements (run-of-show, audience acquisition, logistical planning, etc.)
  • Conducted media relations
  • Provided on-site event management
